I recall seeing in the Papyrus NASCAR manual something to the effect that
pit stall order is chosen randomly. This has never been true since I
started racing. Does anyone know if I imagined it?
While I'm complaining I'll drop a few other complaints.
Curved pit rows need to be straitened.
Retaining walls do need to be removed from places they aren't supposed to be.
Daytona and Indianapolis tracks must be included in the track list.
My biggest complaint has to be with the way cars are chosen to be in a race.
If you want to race against 7 other drivers, you always get the same
seven drivers. What's wrong with coming up with a simple algorithm to
chose seven drivers. Actually, I think that I should be subject to NOT
qualifying. Use the rules about provisionals. In single race situation,
it is not terribly important. But, in the championship series, it would
be more realistic if you don't qualify for a race or two.
Does anyone else feel the same way. I'd like to know.
