Hello all!

Just to let you know that you can now download an editor for TOCA. With
which you can update the carsets and scenery in a manner similar to GP2.

It is available now from the downloads page at :

http://www.racesimcentral.net/

Along with the first new graphics for TOCA, a 1998 Nescafe Renault Laguna.

Jonathan.

Ahem? maybe I'm not doing it right? but I tried this last night and
couldn't get the fakecd thingy to work (and therefore the
editor wouldn't work either, cos it says you have to use
fakecd)......any ideas anyone?

Same here. I do as it says, but the new [fake]CD drive never appears.

I am sorry that you are having problems...

Have you tried adding the fakecd command line to your autoexec.bat?
Windows 95 won't recognise the FakeCD drive unless FakeCD is run before
Windows is booted. You must boot into DOS or run FakeCD from autoexec.bat,
rather than a DOS Window running under Windows95.

HTH, if you are still having problems please get in contact.

If you have downloaded the Editor and got FakeCD to run, what do you think?
You can also now download the 1998 Vectra and Volvo, with the other cars
available soon.

happens....

I betcha that would be quite difficult.  Have you worked any of the
files out yet??

The reason for this is that the default location for TOCA on the HD is
codemast\tourcar.  If you type FAKECD C:\codemast\Tourcar /L:x where x is
the drive you want to use, it will work perfect.  I had your problem when I
first tried it.
