T1 --> T2

Here is what i want to do, I want to make my T1 more like a T2, or even better
Why, because my wife is going away for a month, and I need something to
keep me occupied.

First the steering wheel, any ideas on how to make a *** cover ala T2, or
maybe some place where i can by it. Now onto the pedals, would be nice to
get rid of those rollers, but it's not that important to me, what's more
important is to make the brakes stiffer, like real life.  I would also like
to make my steering stiffer also.

What I would like to do is change the whole casing of my T1 into something
more sturdy made of wood/metal as opposed to plastic!

If anyone has made other successful modifications to their T1/T2 i'd love
to here about it, maybe someone knows how to build in force feedback! Now
if only I had more time, and more $$$!

For the pedals try using 6" metal strap hinges over the rollers, just
***one side down and let the other end flop over the roller. It will
give you a more pedal-like feel.
                                        good luck!

This weekend I've added a section on my website dedicated to adding
wheel mounted shifters to your T2. There are pictures and wiring
schematics to make it as painless as possible, so check it out!

ps: if you figure out the force feedback angle let me know, as it will
to control my Recaro chair that has motion built into it already...
