My GP2 crash replays change

Yes, I had that problem with the replay 2 or 3 times. And I also noticed
that it happened after I installed the Pieter's '97 CarSet. But would never
think not to install the CarSet because of that replay problem.

My GP2 crash replays change

I have recently noticed a bizarre occurence in my GP2 game.  While outbreaking
or coming up from behind, if I punt another driver offtrack and continue
ontrack (don't send me the Schumi comparisons), then pause to replay the scene,
not only does my car NOT hit the other car in the replay but I end up in the
kitty litter.

It is not a routine occurence but this has happened several times over the past
month.  The only changes I have made in the game is exporting Pieter's '97 v3.7
carset using Steven Young's v1.70 GP2editor.

Has anyone else noticed similiar happenings?

(...then again, have FOCA officials interrupted the usual passage of excellent
GP2 freeware to include a penalty phase in the game?  Jerez.jam?  Hmmmm....
just musing.)

It's a well-known problem, and it doesn't have anything to do with modifying the
game since it happened to me BEFORE all the editors became available.
Conclusion: a replay in a "serious" race is always dangerous (save the game
first!!!)

Another thing that happened regularly to me is that hotlap replays sometimes get
damaged when playing the game under Win95 (the real lap is perfectly OK, the
one-lap replay shows the car leaving the track) Very annoying since noone will
believe that you drove that time... :-)

Still enjoy the game big time though!
