ICR2: Michigan speedway

I am playing the ICR2 Demo version. I managed a speed of 211.666 for the Michigan speedway. Does
the demo vesion allows to set up the car? I think my speed is quite low as compared to others
ICR2 racers out there. Can anyone tell me how I fair in the circuit with the above speed. Where
can I check other racers' speed or lap time in the internet?

Well, compared to my lap of 236.673, that's not very good, and my lap is
only like 32nd quickest in the world... go to http://www.scsn.net/users/ivga
or maybe http://www.ivga.com .. try the first one first... go to the ICR2
page...

It was very slow when I tried so I gave up, but I have to ask if
you're SURE about that 32nd. I was doing regular 238's with a personal
best of 239.5 or so. Haven't been back to Michigan for a while though.
I can't believe that I'm up there in the top 32!!!

I guess that gets around those twally's that scan headers for email
addresses to spam, but when I replied to your posting, I usually copy
to author too, which I couldn't in your case. I thought this might
have been accidental, but I guess not!

As for Michigan, there's a long gap between 239.5 and 243+ which I
expected to have had LOTS of contestants. Hence my surprise.

I guess that would put me in the top 32, too. I wonder how many other guys
are in the top 32? Maybe a couple hundred? <G>

It's just like any other "world record".  Unless it is backed by a sanctioning
body, it really doesn't count....

Great, now everyone thinks I have no sense of humo(u)r.  I guess this is what
I deserve for spouting off about piracy the other night.

Ahhhh, it was only a hilarious post that I believe you missed the plot
of! Rick's response made me laugh even more.

No worries, Clark!!!
