Forgot to add the ;-).   Just a cynical dig from the homeland of Supercross, and its new bastard child freestyle motocross.
Actually, I spent quite a few years in motocross in my formative years; even made my required pilgrimage to Namur.  But consistent
TV coverage of outdoor motocross races in the U.S. is a recent phenomenon, one that's indicative of a niche channel's willingness to
cover narrow-interest sports.  Just mentioned it in the hope that if road racing (4-wheeled or 2) finds itself in need of a home on
U.S. TV, there are some at the ready.

say) beyond the large waters...wouldn't it just fall off the ends of the
Earth?

'small cars' eat French Fried potatoes and call them Chips...
