Starting a race at kyalami, my start is not as good as the ai, and i catch
and nearly always ramm them up the backside (no pun intended) before the
first right hander. I try and weave my way through but there is always
someone that moves over and you tangle.

Similar experiences?

I'm not paranoid.  That's just a rumour started by people out to get me.

Yes:

At Spa even if I'm at the back of the field with 19 AI, I can take the lead
by driving up the right hand side and outbraking the entire field into Eau
Rouge. They don't seem to consider using the right hand side of the track
where there's loads of room.

I don't like to criticise too much though. Generally the AI is excellent.

I think that after you get a fast qualifying lap that the next time you race
the AI cars will be quicker.  Atleast it seems that way to me, or I am getting
slower the more that I practice.

Sometime I think the AI cars are out to get me.  The first lap especially.

Sure, going into that first corner at kyalami, drivers of course slow down
because you're ramming 19 cars through a fairly tight, slow corner.
You can't expect to drive full speed through what amounts to a small traffic
jam.

If you look at a replay of your first corner crashes against the ai you'll
almost
always  find that you're the one swerving around and making a mess.  You
must either qualify well or wait for opportunities to overtake the other
cars during the race.

I think its the "funnel" effect of Eau Rouge - I certainly can't outbrake
all the cars at say, Rouen!

I never qualify, I always start myself at the back of the grid to make it
harder on myself.
As like the previous post about SPA, the right hand of the track is
relitively bare. The AI usually rams me from the left side as he tries to
get that late advantage.
