Amazing rFactor Track To Be Released Soon

Part of the attraction for me may be that when growing up it was cars like
many of the ones modelled in GTL which were "proper" sports cars. Even if
that's nothing to do with it, GTL is a whole heap of fun... far more fun
than I ever expected, which is why I waited for the Ring release to get
sucked in.

Mind you, I believe there's a Ring for rFactor which I missed. Perhaps
that might draw me back into rF a little, but I never found a car in
rF which I enjoy driving as much as many of the GTL cars. The mini is
*far* more interesting to drive than the basic vehicles in rF or LFS.

Yes there is a Ring for rF.  Same GTR import as what I suspect the GTL
version is.  Taken from 'The Mother' which itself came from a port or two
via GPL.  Someday,  Somebody is gonna finish a new accurate version of the
Ring and then we will be happy puppies indeed.

Well, one has Starforce and the other doesn't. It not a difficult choice
for me. From what I've read of Starforce, I'm not risking an install on
my PC. It's too bad, because GTR and GTL look interesting. I guess the
company making those games is not just keeping pirates away unfortunately...

Besides, I've never race a car on a "real" course, and my only "in
person" experience is at Loudon, Montreal and Trois-Rivires. All other
"real" tracks may as well as be fantasy. As long as the track is fun to
race on and feel reasonably plausible (not Red Rock (Nascar Racing 2) or
that Papyrus figure 8 track), I don't really care if it's real or comes
out of someone imagination.

P.S.
