New togglable driver aid option in GP2 - what is it?

There's seems to be an extra driver aid in GP2 - or so it appears on the
screenshot - presumably activated with F7...does anyone know what it does?
Anything clever?
I mean the one on the bottom.

Actually its called throttle help however the result is probably much the same
in that it keeps the wheels from slipping too much on the start and out of slow
corners... what fun is that!?

Unlike most here, I read the manual.

F7 Throttle Help

Reduces the throttle when the rear wheels spin. This is designed not to
be performance enhancing, unlike the banned traction control.
