NASCAR2 - SMOKKINU IS STARTING TO HIS DOMINATION!!!!

Drivers:

Well I was wonderting what had happened to the CHEVIES as the FORDS had
really taken all the fast times.  Will I must of upset ole "SMOKKINU" as
he
strapped himself into a CHEVY and is starting to set all kinds of
records.

If he maintains this pace I expect him to have most of the records and
be the
man to beat in NRO..

You say that if you use a setup for one make and then use it for another it
will act differently.I heard the samething about N1 on Hawaii and I can use
my setups with all 3 makes and they act the same.I and Smokkinu both have
ran these setups with all 3 makes and they act the same with N2 and about
50% races I would belive since we are having to use 22 gallons that most
peoples setups are for long races. For example I ran a Talladega the other
night at 91 degrees and was running 195's without the draft and 196's with
the draft for a full fuel loadwhich was 45 laps I believe. The race was 88
laps long which I don't recall what percentage that is and Ichanged 4 tires
and thier were 2 yellows in the first half so I ran a little further than 45
laps on fuel so I only had to take on 17 gallons after my pitstop.

Exactly!  What was the line from Days of Thunder?  "Nice lap kid, now lets
see you do it in a crowd?"

I used to get into seeing how fast I could get a qualifying setup to go but
it seemed pointless as when I tried to run them in a race they were to
twitchy.

Hasn't Joe Nemechek won a couple of poles this year?  And in recent
years past, wasn't Loy Allen a frequent pole sitter?
If you get my drift.
