T2 flipping over Solution

I have a t2 and in order to make it not flip over and move around on the floor
when I pressed too *** the pedals I did this....

Get a sheet of beaver board (3/8 thick). (4x8 sheet)
cut it about 6 feet long by 4 feet wide.

----------------------------
       pedals

_______________

I then drilled holes in the outside lip of the pedal unit in the corners and
drilled them through the beaver board and attached them with bolts.

This way I can put my chair on top of the board and it holds the pedals in
place.  If you make the sheet less than 6 feet long half of the chair slides
off and it can be a pain.

This works great for me.

What I did to remedy my T2 pedals flipping over was to drill two holes in
the base of the pedal unit on the side opposite my pedals (thin side) . I
then simply screwed it into the floor. My computer is in a carpeted room.
This method is not recommended for a concrete floor. Ha-ha

Here's my solution.

I used a piece of wood as deep as the T-2 and 2.5 times wide.  In it's
previous life it was a small shelf.  Then I used black duct tape to
mount the T-2.  Finally, I attached velcro strips to the bottom side.
(carpeted floor)

With the combination of weight and velcro, the thing does not budge.

I was a little more primitive in my solution.  I have a long wooden
VHS cassette holder on my floor, packed with tapes.  I simply moved
it so one end sits on the capacious left side of the pedal unit.
Et voila!
