I've been told it does by some and it doesn't by others.  Can anyone
confirm/deny?  Not looking for opinions, I want facts :-)

Just try it. Take the ace setup, go to Taladega. Race 10 laps with 0%
tape and 10 laps with 100% (hmm.... you problably won't make it that
far). Watch your speeds. I think tape makes your car go faster. And yes
I think it gives you more bite. Not at all the tracks (forget short
tracks); it's subtle, just a little more bite.
