help calibrating TSW in F1GP....no gas

by AGM-84E SL » Mon, 27 May 1996 04:00:00

I have F1GP on cd and a Thomas Super Wheel. I've been running both fine
for about a year. After about a month's absence, I tried to play again
& the throttle will not work during game play. I have tested the TSW
with other sims & it works normally. I deleted & re-installed F1GP and
go through the calibration routine (which shows the unit calibrating
normally) but when I start out on the grid...no throttle control at
all. The steering works after the other cars run into me; I can coast
off the track, but I cannot figure out how to get the throttle to come
on! Anyone ever heard of this? I hope somebody has the answer I need to
get back to driving this thing instead of always being lifted over the
wall.

Thanks in advance for any help!
