where's that little utility that let you use the f2 and f3 cars in teh race
mode for gpl? thanks?

In your player.ini file in your players directory , there is a line under
the
[ Personal Information ] section called driverRating . The numbers after it
are in reverse order with 3 being default . So to race with f2 cars change
the rating to 2 and for f3 cars change it to 1 . Try Alison Hine's site for
setups and advice.
