My apologies to EB(US). I ordered Nascar3 on 20th and it arrived in UK on 23rd.
I would like to warn however, all would-be UK importers of software for
personal use from the US what the cost can amount to:

$44.99 Nascar3
$25.00 carriage
$66.99 Total            =43.94
                Customs =18.29
                Total   =62.23

I couldn't wait, but don't you all think that in our Global Village the Customs
charge is a bit of a rip-off!

Holy shit!

I ordered the BGN update to N2 direct from Sierra.  If I remember correctly
I checked my credit card bill for customs and shipping charges but didn't
find any.  Having said that it took about a month to arrive, but then again
BGN was never made available in the UK.  I was tempted to order from Sierra
again for N3, but by the time it likely arrived it would (hopefully) be out
here anyway.

Cheers,

Mark

 I had sent a claim email to them (replied web order confirmation to EB.)
and
They sent a reply soon, and said my order was shipped next day, at 23rd.
(They didn't mention about no shipment confirmation email, though.)
Hmm, I feel relieved.

 You should ask them too. and will have reply to help.
