OK spanner heads,

Has anyone successfully created a CPR track from scratch using the
Track Editor. If so is there a FAQ to describe to sequence one would
follow to achieve this task. I have the .txt file with all the keys
plus a couple of hints but no structured help file. Without such a
beast I have better things to do ...... look that blade of grass grew
1/1000th of a millimeter!!!!!! ..... If not would it be possible for
some smarter person to create one?

CPR is wasting space on my HDD but I need to create a track for a
specific purpose.

Thanks

If you think CPR is wasting space on your hard drive, then I'd be wasting my
time giving you the answers you need.

Gee, and I thought the CPR Track Editor was what the sim was all about,
seeing as how it was the last thing ever created for it. Where's that
finished product, David?

How you could think that a person(s) who would be a big enough fan of CPR to
spend many hours of time working hard to make
tracks for it would then help you after you call the sim a waste of space on
your hard drive is beyond me.

That you would welcome support from someone who is enough of a loser to
post a reply like the one below begins to explain it.

School holidays? Yep. You're right. I know absolutely nothing about driving
sims or racing at all. I stink at every sim I've tried and my setups only
ever result in my cars blowing up.

Hey Dave, don't waste your breath on Mr. Bullocks with his upside down
(au) logic, and his foul mouthed toilet friend.  If he had asked for
advice
in a proper manner..... I know that you, as one of the most knowable sim

guys around, would have been only too happy to help him out.  Ignorance
is bliss, I hope he revels in it. What a loser!

I personally don't find CPR to be the best Sim in the world and spend
VERY little time using it hence, at times, it comes very close to
being removed from my HDD. The one feature that I do like about it is
the track editor, I have tried to create a track from scratch with
limited success, I can edit existing tracks to a degree but would
really love to complete one from scatch. Unfortunately, there is very
little official documentation to help me achive this task. Now if I
upset you because I don't concur with your opinion of the game I am
sorry but thats my right and I am wasting my time. But, if you would
like to be helpful maybe I could dervie the same amount of please out
of the game as you obviously do.

If you did not want to offer assistance you could have saved the time.
I don't agree with the strength of his post but IMHO he had a good
point.

I was only asking for help with the track editor but I you have some
good setups  :)

My original request for help still applies.

Dave, Dave, Dave--

Do I detect a note of self-pity? The guy is obviously in one of those
Anti-Microsoft Satanic Cults -- pay him no mind. BTW, when is MS/TRI
going to finish CPR? Any idea?

TIA

LOL. CPR has been good for flame wars and that's about it :)) My advise to Anthony is just to delete it off the HD and forget it. I did months ago and have never looked back.

Your e-mail letter cleared up the misunderstanding. I've sent you some
information which may help. You can get some of my setups here
http://members.xoom.com/paradisecart/garage.htm  or I can e-mail you any
that you'd like.
