I know this has been on here before ...Will some one help me out?

 A friend has a Packard-Bell M2 300mhz, 56PCI Modem,Game is loaded in DOS,in
Multiplayer it only gives COM 1 as a choice. Hooked up sieral Port modem made
COM 2 still no go,  works fine in Windows.Went to Sierra's Web site said N2
Doesn't support Plug & Play Modems. Can some tell me how to disable the Plug
and Play for the Modem or how to set this up?. Thx in advance!
