More seriously, I set my gearing so that on an initial start/restart, I get to
third and take that through one and two, and then kick it up to high coming off
the turn. M'ville is slow enough that you should be able to set up fourth to
be short enough to keep the apex at 65 mph or so and in the 5500-6200 peak
torque band, while still not going above about 9000-9200 rpm at the end of the
straight...
(Now, if you convert it to ICR2... you're gonna wear out the shift lever on your
T2... I shift *20* times per lap... ;-)
