OT - pc problems

Anyone have any ideas on this.  We've got a bad storm here; snow, wind,
ice, etc.  All night, my pc has been shutting off/on, and when it reboots,
the voltage is low.

Is this a power supply going bad, or some power problem related to the
storm possibly ?  There have been no lights, etc. go out anywhere in the
house, or even flicker
that I know of.  Just my pc.
I've never heard of power not being enough for one thing, and not
affecting the others in a house, but hope it's not my pc<g>

Sounds like a classic case of a power supply getting ready to "Join the
choir invisible." (Never pass up a chance to use a Python quote.)
