I would love to see Nascar with a real drive up Victory Lane.  I think it would
be very cool.  Anyone else have any good ideas?

With my luck in the IGN series this year, even if I DID win a race,
I'd probably wreck ENTERING Victory Lane.  :)

I have an idea as well: How about a 'Gentlemen, start your engines!' at
the start and have the field start from pit lane and take two warm up
laps, like the real series does.

Been seeing lots of neat ideas for N3... some to improve game play,
others simply for immersion.  However, IMHO, all the immersive effects
(such as a above) need to have TOGGLE OFF switches for when the time
comes that such features become tiresome, and prolong the "get to the
fun stuff" of racing.  I always run the Pace Lap feature, for I like a
rolling start... but I must confess that it gets tedious tooling around
a long track at reduced speed just to get to the start... so TWO laps?
Might be fun for a while, but please gimme' a toggle!
