Need Help with Nascar3

I can not get Nascar 3 to work with my Thrustmaster T1 wheel.   The
wheel works great with other racing games but I can not get it to
recognize the X and Y axis  to control the steering left and right.  Is
there a patch that is needed for this game to work with the T1.  I know
that Nascar 2 had problems also.  Thanks

it could be that your wheel is just to old to use in Nascar3.  U can get a
NASCAR Pro wheel from Thrustmaster for 100 bucks and not ever worry about it
again.

Try the adapter to put the pedal axis on joy1 or use the generic joystick
option
from the controls menu.

No, I am not interested in the Nascar Wheel.  I am looking at the Logitech
Wheel.  I am a Formula 1 fan and don't like oval racing.

Just be patient! keep assigning controls until the game recognizes the right
one... I have the Nascar Pro and it took me a while to do it correctly ( no
problems when you run the Papy driver for separate axis..) it just wouldn't
accept my brake pedal for braking...

Try setting it up as a 3 axis 4 button controller in Win9x control
panel, that worked for a friend of mine with similar problems
