Is there a device out there that is a steering wheel and pedal... to
accelerate and turn right and left... in a set with a little "5 speed
stick" next to it? I do not have any steering wheel stuff.... but if I
were to buy one with a pedal.. I would want the 5-6spd shift on it
right next to me.. that would be fun!

I think you'll have a long wait. The games can only detects UP or DOWN
on the stick.  Forget your Martin Luther King I have a dream for a  5
way stick and go get a wheel and pedals...you'll have a blast.
