It exist most definitely, but probably scrapped the release in favor of
porting the PC version over to the Dreamcast, which they did!

Looks pretty, but plays horrid. Theres no "feel" for what the car is
doing. it feels like driving on an ice rink, the car simply skates
over the road surface. Stick with Colin McRae, and wait for Rally
Championship 99.
