The patch is now there on europress' web page
Go to the download section and list all files. (You might need to use
the up and down arrows to find it. ) I'll also put it on my site...

You could try their techincal support. They have answered my questions
(eventually) in some form or another. Last time I looked they had not
released the patch they had promised.
