ICR2: Working on FAQ

by Michael E. Carv » Thu, 19 Dec 1996 04:00:00

I have some how been volunteered to put together a FAQ for Indycar II.
If anyone has some suggestions of Frequently Asked Questions (hopefully
with Answers) that should be included, please drop them in my e-mail
box.

Thanks....

Ahh, excellent choices. First, David on N2 and now Michael on ICR2.
Care to elaborate on the "volunteered" thing? :)

I don't mean to spoil things, but a book for ICR2 has gone to print
and should be out perhaps in Feb-97.

Marc, any idea who is publishing it?  I know Sybex had a book in the
works about a year ago, but it was shelved.  (By the way, your own
on-line publication is pretty great.)

Cheers,

Which book is that?  By any chance is it the one promised in the original
ICR2 flyer which Papyrus subsequently said was being shelved?

Is this the one from Sybex (they did the NASCAR1 book) that was
planned for March '96 and was later cancelled?  Or is this a totally
different product?  Details, we need details, man!!! ;)  In any case,
glad to hear it!

Pick one or more: Model Rockets (competition-NERCB) / PCs (even Atari!) /
Papyrus ICR-ICR2-NCR / Who needs a life when you have multiple non-lives?

>I don't mean to spoil things, but a book for ICR2 has gone to print

Is this a real book that covers topics and information not in the
manual or like so many computer *** books is it just the manual in
yet another form?

I'd love a book that covers non-manual information and gives actual
real live performance tips.  I don't know what's in the ICR II manual
as I don't (yet) have it, but I know the ICR manual left me with LOTS
of questions.

Is the table of contents available yet?
