I just got DTR2 to play around and I can't get the ExtractPF to work. I
put the ExtractPF.exe in a new file and one of  the .pf data files (I
tried all three) and clicked on the ExtractPF.exe program and it blinks
but that's all that happens. What is it I'm doing wrong? I'm using XP.

There should be a readme file that tels you how to make a short cut to get
it to work.  IIRC you need to add the name of the file you want to extract.
Something like extractpf.exe \data.pf
