Yes that should work, provided the rest of your system is game ready---
i.e. DX8 sound etc.   You will find, as with just about any game these
days, that you may end up wanting a faster cpu and video card, but those
levels of speed should at least run those programs.

Joe,

I had a pII (slot 1) 1000, with 256 meg ram, and the geforce2 MX32 {32 meg
version}  and for n4 it is great & NR'02 was pretty much just fine.  I also
accepted that things would be on "mid or lower" on most settings in the
game, and it didnt bother me, I dont care if the grass loks perfect, just as
long as I get above 30 FPS (I got over 45 most of the time)

Again, in game GFX settings, middle of road or low! tweak to what you can
stand, you got to have 30 FPS though.

**and definitly in windows control pane, you know the advanced and in the
invida properties, shut vsync off, everything set (tweaked for speed if you
find out how) no AA, all that!

least playable, also play around with drawing distance (lower) and # of cars
drawn ahead (you got more vid mem so I winder you should be better
performance wise, I was able to run it good enough, you know, the cars didnt
prolly look as good as they do now, with 2.04 GHZ and my GF4-4600.  the main
differences I know I saw with my upgrade, was load times, and the nuance
type settings, cause of better card I guess.

it will also run '03, I just decided I was ready to move up both cpu (ram
too of course) and video card.

card?  Will that suffice?

That system will play those games, with reduced graphic settings to mainatin reasonable fps.  It
certainly makes a huge difference if your 64 MB card is NOT an MX model, but you didnt specify.  I
run it on a MX card on one of my systems, but have to drastically reduce the gfx options to keep a
playable fps.
