days back but it did not make it to Google, so I'm reposting it from
there.

Are you looking for a serious UK-based racing league using Nascar
Racing 2003?
Look no further!
V8Thunder, the only online racing league whose logo appears on cars of
the British "Days Of Thunder" Championship and that features
connections to real-life teams, drivers and crews, is about to start
its Summer season!
Appealing to all kinds of online drivers, from novice to pro, and
featuring races at both European ovals (Rockingham and EuroSpeedway),
V8Thunder features the following three series:
Speytech Lites Series
Racing on Thursday nights, the Speytech Lites Series is the ideal
place to start your online racing career.
The Series uses Project Wildfire's GNS Mod, and drivers are allowed to
use driving aids.
Events consist of a double header. The first (shorter) race is raced
with yellows off, while the second (longer) is raced with yellows on.
Knetix Trucks Series
Racing on Wednesday nights, the Knetix Trucks Series is the second
step in the V8Thunder ladder.
The series uses Project Wildfire's CTS Mod. Driving aids are not
allowed.
Events (double headers with races lasting about 45 minutes each)
usually see a wide array of driving talents and good competitive
racing. It's the ideal place to measure yourself against more
experienced drivers.
Games4All Trophy
Racing on Saturday nights, the Games4All Trophy is the pinnacle of
V8Thunder racing.
The series uses the standard CUP Physics, allowing for fast and
furious action on the track!
Events consist of a single long race (about 90 minutes long) in which
strategy becomes an important factor, as pitting under green is not
uncommon.
In order to add to the experience (and keep the number of yellow flags
to a minimum), the Knetix Trucks Series and the Games4All Trophy also
feature a virtual money system and post-race accident analyses carried
out by V8Thunder officials and resulting in fines for each yellow
flag.
Also to make for a more compelling driving experience, drivers wanting
to race in the Games4All Trophy must pass a car-control test before
they are allowed to race.
And just for that final touch, all V8Thunder series implement the
"Lucky Dog" rule: on each yellow, the first car one or more laps down
will get one lap back!
Are you ready to become the next V8Thunder champion?
