Papyrus NASCAR Racing 2003 Season, GNS mod, open setups, *** mode for
driving aids, fixed weather.
Series is aimed at online newbies or experienced runners who can't afford
the hours to become real hotshoes.
First race is Dover, so this is where the practise session will be.
Race formats will be short no yellow sprints (15-20 mins) followed by
"feature" race with yellows and lotto grid positions.
