I am looking for some Nascar wavs for a Nascar theme for WIn 95. I am
trying to create a theme to attach to the plus package. any
suggestions?

Why not record them yourself from the CD?  If memory serves me right,
there are a couple of audio tracks on the CD ROM with what you're looking
for.
