win95b and usb ff wheel?

I run win95b and want to get a usb ff wheel.  Logitech says there wheel
will only work with 98.  Has anyone had any success with 95b and any ff
wheel?  Thanks..

Although Win95b supports USB it does not fully support all USB devices
including USB game controllers.
