Sure we do, it's called English culture. Remember?? The ones that kicked
your butts.

They do in Montreal at least, but based on the odd-ball language laws
they're called something else (forgotten what) as "Electronic Boutique" is
considered an English name.

If it wasn't pouring rain I'd go up a lunch today.

Freezing rain even. Was downtown at lunch anyway so went by but Digital
Gamer was closed.  Had to go to west end so checked in with EB again, got a
different clerk and when he looked it up the answer came as Feb.2 :(  So
basically have  no idea now when the Canadian release is. Oh well ,at least
IL-2 was available.

There's no EB in Montral, be sure of that Art ;-)

Unless it has popped up in the last month or so.  Oh and our laws aren't
odd-ball :)

Figures, even though the word "boutique" is french. Man, those guys are more
french than the French.

Well, if they weren't so draconian then maybe EB would open a store there.
Everywhere else in Canada has EB so why not Quebec? They must have a good
reason for not wanting to open a store there.

There are EB in Quebec they are called Boutique EB. To be exact, 5

Here's a link for the EB stores in Quebec

I stand corrected. You can blame Ymenard for that. He has always said there
are no EB's in Quebec so I believed him. :-)

Downtown mall, across from the downstairs foodcourt there's a software store
with "the look" of EB, I can't remember what it's called I just assumed it
was a franophone version.

Yeah right, your language minister owns a british car so apparently "irony"
doesn't translate to french. ;)

He often doesn't open 'til 1, thereby losing my business at lunch if I feel
like running some laps.  I have to go out today so will report back.

That will***off my wife as RT is supposed to be my surprise xmas gift.

Yeah it's CompuSmart, I think.

LOL, it's our people who are odd-ball, not our laws ;)
