GPL: South Africa track times?

by Savio » Sat, 24 Apr 1999 04:00:00

hello

What is the average "race" lap time for the South Africa track?

PS  How can I view my lap times?  Sorry, I'm new to GPL.

ICR2 + GPL = CART Racing 2 (the best simulator ever)!

thank you!

Welcome to the club.
After you make some laps hit escape, you will be at the event screen,
click the event info
button on the left. Of course, read the manuals. Then visit Alison Hines
site and read everything there then download her setups. Also visit the
Apex , its one of the first GPL sites. There are over 200 GPL
websites.   Oh yeah,  the record at Kyalami is 1:08 something.

<choke!>  Not in a '67 GP car.  Someone posted that the best lap that
year was a 1m28 and my best after lots and lots of practice getting
ready for the Pits Legend race this weekend is a 1m23.2.  That's with
automatic shifting, so I could probably take a full second off with
manual shifting.
