curious if VROC went down tonight at about 10:50 pm PST or is it just me.
My ping to ISP is at normal 100~120, but VROC timed out...

After that, all four races listed in room 1 all had 700+ pings.

I'm already jones'n for racing...

There will be a new VROC version and it will coincide with the release of
the GPL 1.1 patch.
VROC is not done by Papyrus though. VROC is an independent program designed
and created by
John O'Keefe, Alison Hine, Nate Hine, and recently Larry Holbert. With the
release of GPL 1.1 we will release VROC 1.1. Expect to see A LOT of
improvements along with support on platforms other than Netscape. Recently
Nate Hine has been putting a lot of effort into VROC 1.1 and it is looking
quite good!
Larry Holbert has something in the works that is real cool also.

Yes, when when when - we can't wait.... :-)
Btw Thanks for VROC - it's a such a great site/utlity. My wife wouldn't agree,
though. She would tell you to take it down right now and never bring it up
again :-)

Let me say that I have seen and used a beta version of this "Larry
Holbert" thing. Let me say that is WAY COOL! Can't wait for Sierra to
"clear" the GPL 1.1 patch so we can all go up to the next level in
online racing!
