With GP3 seemingly right on the horizon would it be worth it to pick up this
title?  I saw it in EB today when i went to get NL (but they didnt have
it...damnit).  It was $34.95 US.  Worth it for me to go back and get it?

I suggest you skip it, of course.  Get NL, I have never had more fun online
since ages tonight.  It is very smooth, the tracks are great and the human
racing is at it's best (it will sell less than N3, but the people who will
buy it are mostly quality drivers).  Young punks can't related to NL, like
they couldn't relate to GPL.  And finally get GP3 when it's released in late
2000.  You probably raced Gp2 no ?

Yea ive raced GP2 (and still do since nothing better seems to have come along).
 As far as the "young punks" thing goes...I'd generally have to agree with a
few exceptions (myself included...only 17).  But not a single one of my NFS
playing friends even grasps the concept of N3 let alone GPL.  It is quite funny
watching them try though..."trainers....why do i need trainers".  They soon
find out why...usually after skittering into the armco at (insert track here)
and cursing me for being able to win races (well...almost....im still getting
there).

MGPRS2 is worth having but not at that price. You can get it here in Canada
for $19.95 Canadian (about $12.00 US) bundled with Redline Racer. At that
price, pick it up.

At that price I would almost agree.  If your able to get MGPRS2 less than
15$US, it's "just" worth the price.  But you'll have plenty more fun if your
a passionate of N3 by buying NASCAR Legends, imho.
