Does anybody else see lots of "ghosting" when watching those races, even the
BTCC races?  What I mean by ghosting is, that a trail of the last frame is
seen behind with a very contrasted colour, in a sort of blurry way.

Is it because of PAL/NTSC conversion?  I don't recall seeing that the years
before.  It's not my TV nor my Dish, 'cause it's only on those specific
races.

I have Directv and really noticed that last week watching a Euro Touring car
race.  I've also seen it occasionally during the F1 races, especially with
the Ferrari.

Yea I get tracers too, and I have digital cable... It sucks cause they have
real good racing but its difficult to watch. Unless you are really drunk
then it knid of looks ok!

I have DirecTV and this was he first thing I noticed when I started
recording Aussie V8. (Hoy Goy!) I just figured it was due to cheap equipment
somewhere along the line. Either that, or they want the cars to look really
fast, so they added the swoosh effect, lol. ;o

Ah, the "wooshing effect". I can picture FOX doing that for like, Nascar
coverage or something. sort of like how they have the glowing hockey puck in
NHL.
