Has anybody WON the ADVANCED champtionship mode.  I find the difficulty on the
final 2 tracks (Devils Elbow and MineShafted) to be extrememly impossible.  Are
there any cheats to unlock the remaining 3 tracks - I don't think I will ever be
able to do it on my own.
