Speeds posted wrong for Nascar

I have had several extrordinary speeds while in Multiplayer- 788.21 on
atlanta,  and 278 on taladega as well as other minor discrepancies like
197.79 on Talledega when I am sure I ran no better than 195's. I have
both of the patches installed.

1. Radio automatic turnoff: nothing can go wrong go wrong go wrong

2. Nascar II demo/Nascar II?/GP2 post ratios :)

3. 85th prcntl. speed depends on posted speed limit!
