I had my springs snap also; however, I never had any problems with
Thrustmaster.  I e-mailed them my problem through their web page and I not
only received springs for both gas and brake...they sent me spare springs as
well.  And the new springs are stronger.  Have you tried their web page?  My
response was quick and satisfactory.  Just thought I'd let you know.

Add me to the list of those who are extremely disappointed with
Thrustmaster.  The new pedals utilize 2 springs on each pedal, but they
seem to break twice as fast as the old ones (I broke both throttle
springs in less than a month).  I called Thrustmaster and was told they
do not have any replacement springs yet, so I guess we are screwed for
now.  I tried to make a spring myself, but it didnt make it a week.
Anybody got any opinions on the TSW?  I am going to seriously look at
getting one of these wheels.  How is TSW customer support?  How long do
the damn springs last?

Thrustmaster's email SUCKS, but give them a call on the phone and they
are extremely willing to send out new parts to you for free. They have
been great to me. And they will admit on the phone that their email is
jammed up for weeks.

I snapped my throttle spring but used *** bands to fix it.  I just super
glued some plastic hooks onto the pedal and the inside of the bottom plate,
cut out some of the plastic casing around the pedal and strapped on 6 heavy
duty *** bands.  Works great and is easily adjustable to my preferance
now.  It's a little work (mostly taking the pedal casing apart) but a lot
better than buying a new unit.

Same story with me.  I emailed them via the web page and had 2 new (and
stronger) springs within a week.

Since I posted a /GGGRRRR/ that I already snapped my throttle springs in a
TMNPW, I will also follow-up & say that 2 emails from last week got answered
this A.M....but a phone call the day after I sent e-mails had replacement
springs to me in the mail yesterday [THANKS Thrustmaster :-))]. They also
had me send in my brokens...so some R&D is occuring after the fact ;-).

I agree with Ron Thrustmaster by far is one of the better companies that
support thier products.
