NFS3 over the internet???

I was just wondering if it possible to play NFS3 using TCP?. I had someone
tell me that TCP was disabled ( greyed out ) for them, but mine seems to be
avaible.

Tried it and it destroyed the frame rate on both ends.  I speculated that
the connection delays were killing us.
