I remember reading somewhere a discussion of "easter eggs" in Nascar2...  
Here's one that wasn't mentioned...

Try driving around the track in the opposite direction.  (I suggest you do
this in Testing mode, so you don't head-on anybody)  The spotter will have
a few special comments for you.
