N3 & N99 Setup hints

Does anybody have knowledge of a website where you can view setups for N3
without downloading them?  I need the cheat help, but would like to read
different setups and then tweak them myself without downloading somebody elses
finished product. Any help is always appreciated.

  I would suggest downloading the files, then setting one file as your
qualifying setup and your own effort as the race file.  You can change them
around later...but with one file loaded in the Q spot, you can switch back
and forth between the pre-made setups and your own.
