You know people like you amaze me,
Dave Noonan has been working on this converter for god knows how long,
trying to improve and prolong the enjoyment we get out of ICR2....
All he asks for is $15-  for his trouble and that gets you free updates
as well as the ICR2>N2 converter....
I for one was willing to pay $15- for a program that will give me a lot
of enjoyment for a long time...
Cheers,
Ron Ayton

It doesn't suck at all, it's out, and I have yet to find anything
wrong that isn't explained and as ultimately a one-man-band effort,
it's a serious achievment.

With Quake and it's sequel, arn't people openly encouraged to fiddle
with the code and given programs or help files on how to? I have also
yet to see a Quake to Doom level converter, which is a reasonable
comparison. (?)

long time? ha!
ICR2/CART has been out for 2 and 1/2 years
we will all be playing GPL soon and ICR2 will be dead
and, most importantly, the converter costs MORE than the program!

Why is this silly? For Indycar fans this is the ONLY game to play,There
are a lot of copies out there, so why not create stuff so people can
still enjoy it. Just because its a couple years old, must you throw it
away? GPL legends does look good and I am a big fan of vintage F1, but
how much staying power will a game portraying one season be. I hope you
can get different carsets for different years, hmmmmmm sort of like
ICR2!
