Is there anything out there to convert tracks from N2 to ICR2?  I have
the freebie converter that does redrock, bullrun, atlanta, night
bristol, night c***te, watkins glen, s boston, etc.

Is there a version of this that isn't free available?  Would like to run
ovals like IRL.

Thanks in advance.

The "commercial" version of the same product is available from "The Pits".
It costs $15.00 but gives you not only the conversion from Nascar 2 to ICR2,
but also a converter for ICR2 to N2. Well worth the money.

I tried the free(limited) version from the Pits to see if I wanted to
spent the $15.  I thinl I'd like too but I can't get the free version to
work!!  I follow the instructions, typed in the paths of the tracks but
could get it to work.  Question, when it asks for the path to the tracks
how far do you have to go??  I entered C:\sierra\nascar2 and C:\cart.
This brings up another question, does the converter only work with IRC2
and not Cart Racing?  Thanks for your  help, Paul.

As far as the paths go, type the complete path to the track you want to
convert.  For example:  C:\Sierra\Nascar2\Tracks\Atlanta  and then
C:\ICR2.  I don't know for sure if it works with Cart racing, although I
don't see why it shouldn't.  You're gonna love the full version.  You
haven't lived until you've flown around the converted Dover and Texas
tracks!  This converter is well worth the $15 purchase price.

Happy Hotlaps!!

dang ie4 lost the exact message I wanted to reply to but...here is some more
info.

the track convertor does work with all the CART Racing tracks...however the
Road America track at Elkhart Lake does have some funny colors especially in
the asphalt..blue!  other than that, it works like a charm.

And somebody wanted to know the url to the Rendition Ready website...I
swapped to ie4 without backing up all my netscape stuff...but if nothing
else there should be a link to it a Sim***world.   BB&B are the
trackmeisters
