I'm in the market for an upgrade to my MS Sidewinder Precision Racing Wheel
(non ff) and have been considering the Logitech WingMan Formula Force
wheel, but I see that Logitech is planing to release another FF wheel
called the WingMan Formula Force GP sometime this summer (maybe). Has
anyone heard anything about the new wheel, is it worth the wait?

Thanks in advance,
Ken

Well if you want to go Logitech then I would wait t see the new one. I had
the old version of MS FF wheel and upgraded to Logitech for USB and hated
it. The peddals werent the problem, the wheel felt like a limp grainy POS
and the FF would cut out on me about halfway through a 40-50% race. HATED
THAT DAMN WHEEL,  Went back to MS with the USB Precision FF wheel and love
it.MS software lets you map out buttons to keyboard functions.
If anything other than MS for FF  Id recommend trying ActLabs with the
shifter. Read great things about it.

I get that with my LWFF on SCGT - but only on one track (Desert Speedway)

It is common for the LWFF to do that?

I've never experienced that problem in 18 months of daily use.

Awesome wheel.
