Odd GPLRank quirk - US F3 drivers

The fact that I noticed this at all should give you an indication of the
sorry state of my life, but:

I noticed that when I check Multiple Choice Hell and look at my F3 handicap
as compared to the others, my F3 handicap is listed as being higher in the
general F3 handicap rankings then in the US F3 rankings, and everywhere else
on the site.  My handicap is 289.95 for all other purposes, but in the
overall handicap list in MCH, it's listed as 339.84.  And when I did a
little more checking, I realized that every F3 driver from the US (but
nowhere else, I think) has their handicap listed as higher in the overall
rankings then it really is.  Either there's a grand *** against US F3
drivers to keep them down in the GPLRank F3 Nations Cup, or there's a little
bug somewhere ;-)

Nevermind that - it looks like this happens to most F3 people regardless of
country.  oopsie

There's some sort of bug whereby it takes one of your marque handicaps
instead of the overall handicap in mch.

Does this in F2 also, reported it a month or two back but
still seems to be happening.
