No. Streets of Sim City was not ported to Mac OS.

That's an understatement!  I was wondering why there was no downloadable
demo until I got a free Electronic Arts demo CD which contained it.  What
an unbelievably amateurish crock o' stimpy.  I can't believe they actually
expected people to pay for it.  Probably the worst implementation of a
cute idea (or any other idea) I've ever seen.
