- Good value for money - not too expensive (like more than 80 pounds).

The logitech Wingman FF is about 80 - good wheel.

FFB or not. If you want  a decent wheel and pedals that is not FFB and
pretty cheap then the MS Precision Racing Wheel is pretty good.

All the good FF wheels are kinda big and heavy.  The Microsoft USB wheel is
very lite(light?) but it seems to use a lot of CPU cycles and slows down
some games quite a lot.
My advice, get a Logitech wheel and a new desk! :)
