Grand Prix 1 Steering Wheel won't work with N1999

I recently purchased a new computer and installed N1999, and I cannot get
the game to recognize my GP1 steering wheel, let alone be able to configure
it. I also have GPL yet I can run that game with the steering wheel, and it
works fine.  I have the setting in GPL on generic for the wheel, but that
option is not available in N1999 (just DirectX).  In addition, when I went
to configure the wheel in Windows, the GP1 is not one of the options for
Thrustmaster peripherals for joystick calibration.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated....

Install the TM ProPanel software (see link below) and you should get a
listing for the GP1 wheel.  Then after calibrating it in the Windows
control panel it will work in NR1999.
