Ever consider a Kart Mod

Just Wondering if anyone has ever considered a formula 125 shifter or a
rotax mod for any of the F1 series.
Would it be possible to tweak the physics to simulate the handling and
lack of suspension. Might be kinda fun 1 inch off the ground.

I believe it would be possible.  Haven't seen any news of one in development
though.  Personally I would love a good kart sim.
